1.1.3 Personal Information Deletion: It refers to the act of removing personal information from the platform system, so that it can not be retrieved and accessed.

1.1.4 Service Log Information: Refers to the details of your use that we automatically collect and record when you access and/or use our services, including browsing history, click to view history, search query history, add to cart, transaction, after-sales service, as well as IP address, browser type, carrier, language used, date and time of access.

1.1.5 Device Information: It means that when you access and/or use our services, we receive and record information about the devices you use (including software and hardware characteristics such as device model and operating system version). Unless otherwise agreed, the definitions used in this Policy have the same meaning as those in the CatKissFish Platform User Service Agreement.

1.2 Scope of Application

This policy applies to the products and/or services that the platform provides to you through PC side websites, mobile side websites, apps and new forms that may appear with the development of technology.

2、How Do We Collect and Use Your Information?

In order to provide you with our products and/or services, you must authorize us to collect and use the necessary information related to it. If you refuse to provide the above information, you may not be able to use our products and/or services normally.

2.1 We collect and use your information mainly to provide you with the following services:

2.1.1 Help You Become Our Member and Manage Your Account

（1）Account Creation:We provide you with products and/or services based on CatKissFish platform account. In order to create a platform account, you need to provide us with your mobile phone number, email address, user name and password to be used.

（2）Authorized Login：We may obtain your third-party account avatar and nickname from a third party according to your authorization, and bind it with your platform account, so that you can conveniently register or log in to the platform account directly from a third party.

2.1.2 Provide You with the Functions of Saving and Purchasing

In the process of using our service, you can save your designed products or add your designed products to the shopping cart. In the process of using the above functions, we will collect service log information such as the record of saving and adding shopping carts for realizing the above functions and other purposes that we clearly inform.

2.1.3 Help You Complete the Ordering and Order Management

（1）When you use our products and/or services to customize a specific product on the platform, we will generate an order for you to customize the product through the system. In the process of placing an order, you should provide at least your consignee's name, consignee's address and consignee's contact telephone number.

（2）In addition to the above information, the order will also contain information about the products you customized, the specific order number, the time when the order was created, the amount you should pay, and your remarks. We collect this information to help you successfully complete the transaction, to ensure the security of your transaction, to facilitate your query or management of order information, to provide customer service and after-sales service and other purposes we expressly inform you.

2.1.4 Help you Complete the Payment

After you place an order, you can choose the payment service provided by the third-party payment institution that cooperates with the platform. The payment function itself does not collect your personal information, but we need to share the necessary payment information such as your order transaction number and transaction amount with these payment institutions to realize their confirmation of your payment instructions and complete the payment.

2.1.5 Help Provide You with Goods and Complete Delivery

（1）In order to provide you with your customized goods, we will disclose your order information to the supplier of your choice, including the necessary information such as the type, specifications, quantity and material of the goods. You know and agree that the supplier you choose will inevitably know your order information, so that they can provide you with your customized goods.

（2）In order to ensure that your customized goods can be delivered smoothly, safely and accurately, we will disclose the delivery information related to the order to the logistics service provider of your choice. You know and agree that the logistics service provider you choose will inevitably know your distribution information for the purpose of delivery.

（3）For the purpose of providing you with after-sales and dispute resolution services, we need to know and confirm the progress and status of the production or delivery of goods in a timely manner. You agree that we can collect relevant information from suppliers or logistics service providers.

2.1.6 Customer Service and Dispute Handling

（1）In order to help you solve problems or record the solutions and results of related problems as soon as possible when you contact us or when you apply for handling disputes during or after sale, we may keep your communication, correspondence/call records and related contents (including account information, order information, other information provided by you to prove relevant facts, or your contact information); We will use your account information and order information if you make inquiries, complaints or suggestions on specific orders.

（2）In order to provide services and improve the service quality of the platform, we may also use other information about you, including the relevant information you provided when you contacted customer service and the questionnaire reply information you sent to us when you participated in the questionnaire survey.

5、How Do We Store and Protect Your Personal Information?

5.1 Information Storage

5.1.1 Storage Location: The information and materials related to you collected during our operation in People's Republic of China (PRC) will be stored in China.

5.1.2 Storage Period: We will only keep your personal information for the period required to achieve the purpose stated in the cost policy, unless there is a mandatory retention requirement by law. （2）All accounts on this platform have security protection functions, and we will ensure that your information will not be lost, abused or modified through security protection measures such as encrypting user passwords.

（3）When we need to show your personal information to the outside world, we will desensitize your information by means of content replacement, anonymous processing and de-identification, so as to protect your information security.

（4）When collecting and using your sensitive personal information and providing your personal information to third parties as required by this policy statement, we will assess the impact of personal information protection and record the relevant situation.

5.2.2 Autonomous Prevention

You should pay attention to the security of your personal information when using the products and/or services of our platform. We recommend that you set a complex password for your account to improve the security of your account.

When using this Platform service, you will inevitably disclose your personal information, such as contact information or contact address, to service providers (such as logistics service providers, etc.). Please protect your personal information properly and provide it to others only when necessary.

6、How Do You Manage Your Information?

（2）If we collect and use your personal information without your explicit consent;

（3）If our handling of personal information seriously violates the agreement with you;

（4）If you are unable to delete your information yourself.

When you delete the relevant information by yourself or we assist you to delete it, we may not be able to delete the corresponding information from the backup system immediately because of the restrictions of applicable laws and security technologies. We will securely store your personal information and restrict any further processing until the backup can be cleared or anonymized.

6.3 Cancel Your Account

You can contact customer service for assistance in applying for the cancellation of your account.

After you voluntarily cancel your account, we will stop providing you with products or services, and delete your personal information or anonymize it according to the requirements of applicable laws.

6.4 Respond to Your Above Request

We will respond promptly to the above requests you make to us, but we will not be able to respond to your request in the following circumstances:

1、Relevant to our performance of obligations stipulated by laws and regulations;

2、Directly related to national security and national defense security;

3、Directly related to public safety, public health or major public interests;

4、Those directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgments;

5、There is sufficient evidence to show that the subject of personal information has subjective malice or abuse of rights;

6、For the purpose of safeguarding the life, property and other major legitimate rights and interests of the personal data subject or other individuals;

7、Responding to your request will cause serious damage to the legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals and organizations;

8、Involving trade secrets.

7、On the Protection of Personal Information of Minors

7.1 The CatKissFish platform does not provide services for minors. When you use the products and/or services provided by our platform, we assume that you have the corresponding civil capacity.

7.2 If it is proved that minors have registered to use our products and/or services without the consent of the guardian, we will immediately stop providing products or services to them and delete the relevant personal information as soon as possible after learning about the situation.

7.3 When you have questions about the handling of personal information of minors under your care, or have any comments, suggestions, complaints or reports, you can contact us through the contact information listed in this policy, and we will always help you.

This Privacy Policy will take effect on August 10, 2023 and replace the original provisions.If you do not agree with this update, please stop using the CatKissFish Platform services immediately. If you continue to use the relevant services/goods provided by CatKissFish Platform, you will be deemed to have read and accepted the updated Privacy Policy.

The final interpretation right of this privacy policy belongs to CatKissFish platform.
