How do I earn and use CatKissFish points?

Points are CatKissFish's in-account credit. They pay for AI-generated images. You cannot withdraw them as cash.
Every account has a points balance shown in the top bar of your account and on the Membership page.
1. Earn points from orders
You earn 50 points for every $1 of order value.

Orders placed through the platform, by CSV import, or through the API all count. Refunded orders are deducted again.
Order points stay in your account for 6 months from the day they are credited, so they are the ones worth saving for a batch of images.
2. Earn points from the daily check-in
Check in once a day and collect that day's points. The amount depends on your member level — from 1,000 points a day for accounts that have not ordered yet, up to 2,500 points a day at Diamond.
Check-in points expire at the end of the same day. They do not add up over the month: if you skip a day, that day's points are gone, and points collected today cannot be spent tomorrow. Check in, use them, repeat.

3. Top up points
Points top-up is not self-service. There is no buy button in the account — contact your account manager and they will credit the points for you.

4. What points pay for
- AI images — 100 points per reference image, up to 5 reference images per run. Each reference image produces one photo, so a 5-reference run costs 500 points and returns 5 photos.
Points are deducted when you submit a job, not when you download the result.
5. Rules you should know
Two kinds of points, two different lifetimes:

- Reward points cannot be withdrawn, transferred or resold. Only purchased points can be transferred.
- Your order history before launch does not accrue points. Counting starts when the points system went live, not from your first order.
- Points are not cash and cannot be used as a payment method for orders.
6. Where to check your balance
- Top bar of your account (the number next to your order and notification icons).
- Membership page — balance, current level and next-level progress.
If the balance does not match what you expect, contact your account manager with the order numbers involved before spending further.
7. FAQ
Do points expire if I do not use them?
It depends which points. Points from orders last 6 months from the date they are credited. Check-in points last until the end of that same day.
Can I save up check-in points and spend them next week?
No. Check-in points are for the day you collect them. Order points are the ones that carry over.
Can I convert points back to cash or to a discount on an order?
No. Points only pay for AI-related services.
Can I move points to another account?
Purchased points can be transferred; reward points cannot.
I placed an order but the points did not arrive.
Send the order number to your account manager and they will check the credit against it. Do not assume points post at checkout — they are credited against the order record.
