Your member level does two things: it sets your order discount, and it sets how many check-in points you collect each day.

The discount side is explained in CatKissFish Member Discount Instructions. This article covers the points side.

1. How your level is decided

Two separate numbers are at work, and mixing them up is the most common source of confusion:

  • Cumulative spend unlocks the level. $0 Copper, $500 Silver, $2,500 Gold, $10,000 Platinum, $25,000 Titanium, $50,000 Diamond.
  • Last month's spend sets this month's discount rate. A Silver-unlocked account with a quiet month can drop back to Copper rates for that month.

Your level on the Membership page reflects both.

2. Check-in points by level

You check in once a day and collect that day's points. The amount is set per day; the monthly column is that day's figure times 30, for planning only — it is not a monthly grant.

LevelPoints per dayPoints per month (30 days)AI images per day

Silver1,40042,00014
Gold1,60048,00016
Platinum1,80054,00018
Titanium2,00060,00020
Diamond2,50075,00025

One AI image costs 100 points, so the image column is simply the daily points divided by 100.

Check-in points expire at the end of the day you collect them. They are meant to be used daily, not banked. Points earned from orders work the other way — those last 6 months.

3. Worked example

A Silver-level account that places about $300 of orders a month:

  • Order points: $300 × 50 = 15,000 points, valid 6 months — 150 images you can save for a real production run.
  • Check-in points: 1,400 a day — 14 images on any day you check in.

The practical split: use the daily check-in points for testing poses, framing and colour matching, and keep the order points for the batch you actually need.

4. If your level changes mid-month

Level changes apply from the day they take effect. If you move up during a month, your daily check-in amount follows the new level from that day; if you move down, the same applies in reverse. The Membership page always shows the level currently in force, so check there before planning a large batch of generations.

5. Where to check

  • Membership page — current level, cumulative sales, last month's sales, and how much is left to the next level.
  • Top bar of your account — current points balance.

6. FAQ

I have not placed an order yet. Do I get points?

Yes — 1,000 points a day from the check-in, which is 10 AI images a day. That is enough to test the tool properly before you commit to an order.

Do check-in points carry over if I skip a day?

No. You collect points on the days you check in, and each day's points expire at the end of that day. Only points earned from orders last 6 months.

Does my level reset if I stop ordering?

The unlocked level is based on cumulative spend and does not go backwards. The discount rate is recalculated from last month's spend, so a quiet month gives you a lower rate for that month only. Your daily check-in amount follows the unlocked level.

Where does the number on my Membership page come from?

Cumulative sales come from all order channels — platform orders, CSV imports and API orders. Refunded orders are deducted.
