1. What is CatKissFish member discount?

This is the discount policy launched by CatKissFish for customers with established cooperative relations.

The member discount ratio will change according to the user's monthly order amount. In general, the more orders you place on CatKissFish, the higher the member discount you can get.

Whether it is a customer who directly selects products and places orders through the platform, or a customer who completes orders through CSV order guide and API integration, you can enjoy our member discount rights.

2. What is a 3D product? What is a 2D product?

The so-called 3D product is what we often call a full-body printed product, and a 2D product is a partially printed product, which will have some restrictions on the printing area.

Due to the difference in product cost and selling price, our member discounts will also be different.

3. What is the member discount level?

The member discount rights are related to your cumulative consumption amount and last month's transaction data. The cumulative consumption amount is related to the highest discount level you can enjoy, and the transaction data of last month is related to your member discount rights this month.

4.1 Unlocking member discount level: After the accumulated consumption reaches the corresponding amount, you can unlock the higher-level member discount rights. If you have not unlocked the higher-level member level, even if your consumption amount last month meets the consumption amount required by the higher-level discount level, you still cannot enjoy the higher-level discount ratio. For example, if your accumulated consumption amount is $15,000, unlocking the LV.3 member discount level, and your consumption amount last month reached $10,000, then you will enjoy the LV.3 member discount level this month. You need to accumulate a total consumption of $50,000 and unlock the LV.5 member discount level before you can enjoy the LV.5 member discount rights.

4.2 Locking discount level: At 0:00 on the 1st of each month, the platform will rate the user based on the consumption amount of the previous month and lock the corresponding discount level. The member discount level will be promoted, downgraded or leveled according to the discount level and actual consumption amount of the next month, following the principle of "gradually descending and crossing levels according to quantity". For example, if your cumulative consumption has exceeded $50,000 and you have unlocked the LV.5 member discount level, but your consumption has always been between $2,000 and $4,999.99, then you can only enjoy the LV.3 member discount benefits; or if you enjoyed the LV.5 member discount benefits in March, but did not place an order on CatKissFish in March, April, and May, and started placing orders again in June, and the consumption amount reached $5,000, then the member discount levels you enjoyed from March to July were LV.5, LV.4, LV.3, LV.2, and LV.4 respectively.

4.3 Level Benefit Experience: After the user's cumulative consumption amount reaches the unlocking level, he or she can enjoy a 30-day experience period of the corresponding level benefits. After the 30-day period, the user will be evaluated based on the amount of consumption in the previous month. For example, if the user spends a total of $10,000 on August 22, he can unlock the discount level LV.3. Then, in the period from August 22 to September 22, all orders generated can enjoy the LV.3 member discount rights.

4.4 Consumption amount statistics: After the order is paid, the transaction amount generated by the order will be included in the user's consumption amount in real time; if the order has a refund operation, the order amount will be deducted.

4.5 Promotions: Member discounts can be used together with coupons issued by the platform. The total order amount will first be reduced according to the member discount, and then the coupon amount will be deducted.

4.6 Rule adjustments: We will make adjustments based on the platform development strategy. Of course, please rest assured that we will inform you before the adjustment. The rule adjustments for the cumulative consumption amount and discount ratio of the user level apply to all new and old users.

4.7 Specials: We will put specials on the shelves from time to time. Such products do not participate in discounts and coupons, but the consumption amount generated will be included in the member discount consumption statistics.
