Step 1: Products Supporting Embroidery

When designing a product, if an upload option for embroidery appears, it indicates that the product supports embroidery; however, before proceeding, you must create an embroidery design file and complete the payment. Step 2：Upload your Embroidery Mockup and Embroidery Pattern File (Embroidery Design)

Please upload the following separately: Embroidery Mockup and Embroidery Design.

1. Embroidery Mockup: Used for factory production and quality inspection reference; it is not used directly for the manufacturing process.
2. Embroidery Design: Before selecting the embroidery design, you must first create and pay for the embroidery design file (digitized file); see relevant instructions for details.

Step 3：Select your embroidery pattern artwork (Embroidery Design)

Click "Embroidery Design" to view the embroidery designs you have created; you can select multiple items or a single item.

Status Explanation:

Designs for which payment has been completed are available for use; this includes statuses such as "Awaiting Production," "In Production," and "Finished."

Pricing details for orders involving embroidery:

Orders involving embroidery craftsmanship will be charged a separate embroidery processing fee. The amount of this fee is determined by your submitted Embroidery Design.

Please note: The fee charged for your Embroidery Design covers only the digital digitization processing of your artwork.
