Instructions for selecting embroidery images and digitization:

1. Images should not be excessively large, as this hinders the factory's embroidery production process.
2. Payment is required after a successful upload before the image can be used.
3. If your embroidery order is refunded, the image can no longer be used.

Detailed Description

Fee Explanation

1.All embroidery patterns require digitization (i.e., pattern making) to generate DST files readable by embroidery machines.

2.A one-time pattern-making fee will be charged based on the actual area when placing an order using an embroidery file for the first time. Subsequent orders using the same file will not incur further digitization fees.

Embroidery Processing Time Explanation

Due to the varying complexity of your provided patterns and text, the embroidery production time will be arranged according to the actual situation. Specific details are as follows:

1. Pattern Making Time: Depending on the complexity of the pattern and text, pattern making time is 3 to 7 business days (for reference only).

2. Initial Embroidery: For the first embroidery of a pattern or text, the completion time is 7 business days.

3. Subsequent Embroidery: For patterns or text that have already been embroidered, the completion time for subsequent embroidery is 2 business days.

The above timelines are reference standards; actual completion time may be affected by order quantity, production schedules, and other factors.

Other Notes

1. Human intervention during the embroidery process may cause slight variations in the exact placement of embroidery on garments and products.

2. The smoothness and consistency of the stitching depend on the material being sewn. Large, heavy embroidery on thin fabrics can sometimes cause the fabric to bend or warp slightly.

3. Embroidery is not print; therefore, most graphic files designed for other items are not suitable for embroidered goods. The best embroidery designs are text-based graphics or simple, bold designs with clean lines. Please note that orders may be returned if your design contains intricate details.

4. Please avoid using very small letters, as embroidered text may be illegible.

5. For distressed or textured graphics, the embroidery process may be crucial in design details, depending on the texture size.

6. Do not use gradients in your design, as we cannot create smooth transitions from one color to another. You must replace gradients with solid colors.

7. If your new graphic visually resembles a previously uploaded design, the digitization of the new graphic may not be the same as the first one! The digitization process is done manually and cannot reproduce the original graphic, so a new graphic is designed for each digitization process.
