Heat Transfer
Divided into two main parts: transfer film printing and transfer processing. Transfer film printing uses dot printing (resolution up to 200 dpi), with patterns pre-printed on the film surface. The printed patterns are rich in layers, vibrant in color, highly variable, with minimal color difference, excellent reproducibility, meeting the requirements of design patterns, and suitable for mass production.

Suitable for All-Over Print

Mass Production

Direct to Film Printing(DTF Printing)
DTF Printing involves printing solvent-based inks onto transfer films, which are then firmly fused to garments using high-temperature heat pressing. It is suitable for vibrant color printing on all types of fabrics, both dark and light, such as cotton T-shirt printing. Its advantages include convenient printing methods, shorter preparation periods, fast printing speeds, high production efficiency, and reliable output quality.

Placement Printing Products

Not recommended for large area, full-piece heat transfers

Direct To Garment Printing (DTG Printing)
DTG printers can directly print designs onto T-shirts with high precision and color accuracy. This method produces vivid garment designs with a soft feel, as the ink is applied thinly and does not sit heavily on the fabric, giving the impression of added depth to the design.

Suitable for All-Over Print on Pure Cotton

Suitable for Large Area Designs

Time-consuming and complex process

Embroidery
Embroidery is a popular method for placing custom-designed patterns on T-shirts. Embroidered designs are highly durable and elegant, with beautifully crafted stitches and precise needle placement. Typically, smaller patterns can be embroidered on T-shirts, as larger designs would require more space between stitches, resulting in a less dense overall pattern.

Suitable for letters, numbers, and logos

Embroidery area recommended to be within 10x10cm
