How can I get a refund?

After payment, before the status goes to "In Production", click on the "Order" list and click on Refund.
Jump to the refund process page, and click "Submit". If the background timely processing, the refund amount immediately returned to the refund account; If the background is not timely processing, the refund will be automatically refunded within 24 hours. There is a negotiation history below, you can also withdraw the refund or modify the reason for the refund.
After the successful refund, the order status will change to refund successful.
