At present, the platform provides these major categories: men's clothing, women's clothing, children's clothing, shoes, accessories (hats, gloves, scarves, cups, automotive products, electronic products, pendants, sports products, outdoor products), household products, pet products, bags;

Not every product line stays listed. Pure cotton AOP (all-over print on 100% cotton) has been removed from the catalog. We can still produce it on request, but a minimum order quantity applies. Contact support with the style, quantity and destination before you order and we will confirm the MOQ and production time for that style.

How long does production take? Production time depends on which product group you order, not on order size. Items already stocked in our US warehouse follow a separate, shorter timeline; anything we buy in from an outside supplier is quoted on its own product page.

These figures cover factory working time before dispatch. Carrier transit time is separate — see Which logistics can I choose and how long?. Every product page also shows its own production time under “Production time”; where a product page differs from the table above, trust the product page, because it reflects the current workload for that specific style.

Peak season runs October to December: it adds 1 business day to 2D apparel and 2 business days to AOP polyester. Outsourced items are confirmed on their product page. If you are working back from a fixed launch date, add the peak-season buffer before you place the order rather than after.
