Why is my order still queuing after payment?

Dear Customer.

Thank you for your support and attention to CatKissFish. We understand your concern that your order status keeps showing “in queuing” after your payment. Orders are not sent to the factory one at a time: orders placed during the day stay in the queue, and we run one batch auto-dispatch a day, between 5 pm and 6 pm Beijing time (UTC+8). Orders paid before that window go out the same evening; orders paid after it join the next day’s batch.

The batch approach exists for a reason. The gap between payment and dispatch is your window to change something — a design edit, a size, a colour, or the shipping address. Make any change before the dispatch window; once the order has been assigned to a factory the artwork goes into production and can no longer be edited.

The queue is not where the time goes — production is. Production takes 2–3 business days for 2D-printed apparel (T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies), 3–5 for AOP polyester, 5–7 for 2D-printed jackets bought in from outside suppliers, 3–5 for athletic shoes and 1–2 for items stocked in our US warehouse. Peak season runs October to December: it adds 1 business day to 2D apparel and 2 business days to AOP polyester. Outsourced items are confirmed on their product page. The production time shown on your product page is the figure to plan against.

If you need the order sooner, switch to an expedited carrier yourself before the dispatch window: open the order, click Edit, then choose the carrier in the shipping section. Expedited shipping shortens transit time only — it does not move your order ahead in the production queue. See Can I choose expedited shipping? for the available options and surcharges.

Thank you again for your trust and support. CatKissFish is at your service. If you have any other questions and needs, please feel free to contact us.
