How to integrate with Amazon?

Availability notice (updated 31 October 2026): Amazon integration is currently unavailable. Amazon requires PII (personally identifiable information) access for order data, and we have not been able to complete that verification with Amazon. We therefore cannot guarantee reliable order sync, and the steps below are kept for reference only — please do not rely on them until this notice is removed. In the meantime you can import Amazon orders with a CSV file or through our API, and support can review your case individually.
If you want to link your Amazon store with CatKissFish, you need a CatKissFish account and an Amazon Seller Central account with access to the marketplace you sell in.
Integrate Amazon store from catkissfish.com directly
Step1.Direct Amazon integration on CatKissFish
Please login to your Amazon seller account first!
Go to the dashboard and select Amazon Integration on the store page.
Select the region where your store is located,Click “Confirm”.
Step2.Agree with integration
Go to the Amazon Authorization page and click Authorize.
Log in to your account on the Cat Kiss Fish platform and you will be connected successfully!
